Australia’s Leader In Compressor Station Design

The Australian Pipeliner magazine

Momentum Engineering is a leader in FEED and detail design of compressor station projects throughout Australia. It was recently awarded the detail design scope of the Northern Gas Pipeline (NGP) Facilities for energy infrastructure company Jemena.

The NGP Facilities include a new inlet gas conditioning plant along with two new compressor stations located at each end of the pipeline. The overall project consists of a 622km, 12” pipeline linking Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory with Mount Isa in Queensland. This link between the Territory’s vast gas fields to the east coast market will unlock the next phase of economic growth for Northern Australia.

Momentum Engineering has also secured significant brown-field engineering services contracts with a number of oil and gas operators based in Australia.  These contracts include providing engineering and design services to newly constructed, well established and ageing onshore gas processing facilities including LNG production and offloading.

Momentum has over 10 years’ experience in the energy and resources sector, providing engineering and management services as well as support in areas of procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance.  Momentum is quality assured to ISO 9001 and prides itself on delivering value and continuous improvement for their clients through flexible, practical and efficient engineering services across brownfield and greenfields facilities.
