Momentum has developed a Business assurance system based on the “process approach” as defined by AS/NZS ISO 9001.

The Momentum Business Assurance System consists of a series of written documents that:

Communicate our values, guiding beliefs, understandings and ways of thinking.
Describe “the way things are done around here”.
Define the structure, resources, processes and procedures needed to achieve our business objectives and manage risk.
Help standardise and control our business processes.
Provide a stable platform from which improvement initiatives may be launched. The Business Assurance System provides a mechanism for continuous improvement and a receptacle for corporate learning and knowledge.
